I have seen this card at Fry's for 150$ before and that was new, and a while ago.

Edit: Well now you changed your prices....higher....It definatly does not retail for 400$....unless your looking at suggest retail prices when it very first came out...
 
The average ending price on the last 5900 Ultra's were in the range of $69-$76. You should try lowering your price to say, $80 shipped or so.
