ALSO I am going to apply a brand new spot of Arctic Silver 5 onto the CPU! I am removing the stock CPU thermal pad/paste-cleaning it off and putting AS5.
 
No offense, but you're selling it for what it could be built for brand new. You might try classifieds or talk to people around where you live, but here, most people prefer to build their own.

However, if you are interested in parting it out, I'd probably be interested in a couple of parts, the hard drive and the RAM maybe.
 
I have to agree with PohTayToez, I just sold a Gateway 838GM(basically the same computer except it had the P4 630) for $380 and it had 1 gig of ram, but it had a tv tuner(cheap,but it still had it) and a NVidia 6600 grpahics card. I would put it on ebay and be happy if you got $375.
