I am buying an HD4870 soon and the 8800GT will be sold. This is the factory overclocked edition which runs 5% faster i believe. It has never been overclocked more than it came from the factory. Amazing card for the money. I am asking $75 and shipping. buyer will pay ALL shipping fees
 
does 5% faster mean 5% faster clock and memory frequencies? or do you need more than a 5% increase to get 5% faster performance?
 
five percent was a rough estimate. a stock 8800gt runs at 600mhz for example, the OC edition runs at 620mhz (give or take). these numbers are all estimates but its just to give you an idea. i will look it up on newegg you put your mind at ease :D

Wow thats an excellent price. Thing is im not exactly a nVidia Fanboy, the only nvidia product i ever used was the Integrated 7050/610i integrated chipset.

Anyways, Could I max out CoD4 on this card? Im looking for a good card so I can play CoD4 maxed out without any lag. (it doesnt matter about the AA, I'll probably set it to 2x)

assuming the rest of your system is up to par, yes you could easily max it out. i maxed it on my system using a core2duo e4300 @ 1.8ghz and maintained 75+ FPS at all times
 
Hmm ill think about it, thats a very excellent price! I just have a few more Q's. What Ghz is it at? and will it come with the stock HSF
