FS: AVG Internet Security

Okay, so when my parents renewed AVG i didn't realise they bought a 3-pack, which lasts for 2 years on each computer. I'm using a copy and my brother is using a copy, so we have a spare copy. (You download the install file for the full version and insert the key)

AVG Internet Security retails for $80 AU, But i'll take $25 AU for it. :)

FYI: You will be able to install it on more than one computer, but the license will expire on Thursday October 6 2011 for all installs (including ours, at which point we will renew and get a new key or 3 ;) )

Thats actualy not a bad price,i looked on AVG website,In uk pounds it will cost £59.99 for a 2 year subscription....where as if i use currency converter that $25 aus hes asking only comes to only £13.92.

So what the difference between the free avg and the one you buy? I d/l the free version is it not as good as the one you buy? What additional features do you get?

I'd imagine much more customisability and maybe better visual features.

So easier to do stuff, more types of scanning, more options and settings, possibly look better, you may be able to reskin it and such, I don't know which of those are true or not, I haven't searched, but as in every case to do with computers, this site usually helps
 
Even though you purchased a three pack, i am relatively sure it is against the software policy of AVG to sell key's purchased as a combination package. Not 100% sure on that however.

Firewall
Anti-Spam
Anti-Spyware
Anti-Rootkit
System tools

plus all the features of the free version, and free technical support.
