DDR costs alot more money. The cheapest you can get it for on newegg is $53 for 2x 512MB sticks. XMS costs even more.

What are you planning on getting if you sell it? Theres really not much more available for the 939 line, you would be better off selling your motherboard to and either getting an AM2 or LGA775 processor.
