I can't guarantee that the motherboard is 100% functional. I suspect that it's just the onboard NIC that's flakey but I didn't try disabling it and seeing if it was more stable.
Since I don't have any of the packaging for the CPU, I'm not going to ship it separately from the board.
If you want both together, shipping is going to be about $35 of either price so knock that off one price and combine for something close to the final price.
