freezing?

Everything that use internet frequently freeze like downloader, games and others. My internet browser doesn't really freeze like the others turning white when pressed, but it still freeze, i can't go anywhere like there's no connection but my internet is still connected I know it because I have a internet meter.

And firefox got stuck on the task manager, I can't end the program what ever I do, but I can close firefox then I can't open it again because of the message it's still open.

Any idea?, I don't think it's a virus though I scan my comp with avira and malwarebytes but nothing found

Try: RIES (Reset Internet Explorer Settings)

Even if you use another browser, RIES can still help.
This is because Internet Explorer is part of Windows itself.

RIES will reset all Internet Explorer's settings, and:
