Free webhosting

Be careful. Any of these free hosts are going to have some serious restrictions on traffic, and may have some other gotchas. How much traffic are you intending to draw to your site? If it's more than just a trickle, I'd definitely suggest a real paid web host.

I have no idea why it would do that, Facebook may block the host domain if lots are people are using links from it to spam users etc. I never used it for any real purpose, just to test my php/sql online before i bought a domain.

If you don't mind paying a little money I suggest godaddy.com, $4 a month gets you everything you will need.

Does godaddy have prices for a year or do you have to pay per month? I just want something simple so people can look at my prices and services for computer repair, that's why I choosed a free one.

I wouldn't suggest godaddy to anyone. I purchased a domain from them for what was a reasonable price, but they wanted cash for anything else you could think of. Private WHOIS, hit statistics, etc all cost extra. However, this was just a domain, not hosting. For free hosting though, I can only imagine every site you find being a crapchute. The best suggestion I can give is that if you have a static IP (unless you use a service that updates your ip) and have the know-how, you can setup your own webserver at your house. This definitely isn't a solution for hosting a real serious site, but if you were trying to host one of those you'd being going for some real serious hosting anyway. Read around for reviews and spend alot of time in google.

Hope that helps :)
