Free, Online software that converts Quiktime or MOV files to WMV files

Greetings.

I recently bought a DXG video camcorder which works great, but unfortunately turns the files into Quiktime files when they are uploaded to my computer.

Does anyone know of any FREE, ONLINE video converters that would convert these files to WMV files?

As always, any and all help is greatly appreciated. You guys are great on this forum and are ALWAYS able to solve my problems.:):):)
