Just found this on Craigslist:

http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/sys/300693690.html

We're moving and need to divest of items we don't need, like this old computer equipment. We have:
  • Sun E250 enterprise server, 1.5 - 2 gig RAM, twin processors, 6 x 9.1 gig SCSI drive. With rackmount kit, VGA video card and CDROM. It works!
  • 14"(?) Dell PC monitor. Working status unknown
  • large box of various PC & Sun cables, hubs, routers, etc. Working status unknown
Please come take it off our hands!

Please email to reserve and arrange a pick-up time. You can pick up at our offices in the Loop M-F 9:00am-5:00pm anytime before EOD Thursday 3/29.

I live almost 3 hours from Chicago... I really wish a was I bit closer, and I'd definitely pick it up. It's nothing fantastic, but something great to tinker with for free.

Figured someone could get something out of it, I know there are members from Chicago.

Do they do homedelivery??????

If they do, i am wiling to pay the delivery charge. But I have a feeling that whether it is a scam or not. So I am not sure about taking those. otherwise i will give a try

How could it be a scam, and of course it's they don't have home delivery. It's free stuff, that's obsolete for a tech business. Still, if you get this stuff, you owe me something.

:P:P:P
