Forwarding Port 21 - How the hell?

Ok, so it has come to the time where I need to forward port 21 :D

Lemme explain...

I am going to be running an ftp server through the use of Cerberus ftp (http://cerberusftp.com/)

Now, the problem is, the computer I wan't to host it on is connected to the main computer (the one with the modem). I connected them through a Cat5e cable (ethernet to ethernet), connecting each end into each of the computers, and then ran the network setup wizard on both. If you still don't know what I mean, there is a whole thread I created ages ago about it, here, http://computerforum.com/showthread.php?t=6261&page=1.

Anyway, I have no idea on how to forward port 21 on the main computer to the one I want to host the ftp server on. This is because you would usually forward the port via a router, but in this case, I'm not using one...

Thanks :)

go to network connections, right lick your internet connection. click properties, advanced, windows firewall settings. from there, click exceptions, then add port. this guide is for sp2, not sure if its the same on sp1, i dont remember
