Forum analysis as an external program?

Hi doubt my thread title makes sense so will explain better.

I post on several forums and I wanted to get more detailed analysis on who posted in what threads ect. However the forum admins dont have the feature enabled. You have it on this forum shown in picture below

Is there a program I can download that will give me information on who posts in what threads and totals ect?
 
Probably not. The way that feature works is the link sends a query to the SQL database on the server asking which users posted how many times, and then it returns the query to that popup box.
If there is a program that does that, that poor programmer sure went to a lot of trouble to have the thing analyze the user list and recognize the names and how many times that user posted, since he would have to program the thing to use HTML.
 
Thanks Lucas. I did a google search but couldnt find anything so figured it would be crazy hard to do and code. I was just curious on the off chance someone had something like it floating around
