Most EULA's disallow selling even used PC games. It's like they're renting it to you or something, it's senseless. Doesn't matter, stupid thing doesn't stop me from selling 'em on Craiglist anyways. ;)
 
Why's everyone giving them away? If anyone has a copy of it that they want to give me, I'd be a happy camper =).
