I work at a car dealership, and we use something called Online Ringman to view online auctions. Online Ringman runs through an internet browser. For some reason we are able to get only video. The sound will not work. The tech support sucks. The only thing they said was it could be our firewall. Is there anyway to bypass our firewall? Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
