Firefox and windows 7 pro and a slight jitter on the internet

Just started. Visit here or read a newspaper. i can see a slight jitter up and down while on the internet. its very slight but don't like it. most noticeable when pushing the wheel down on mouse and moving downward motion. Jerky when scrolling. never had the problem before. installed windows 7 about 6mo ago. im running dual 24" samsung synmasters. if i put it on the other screen its same thing. Any ideas?

Does it happen in Firefox only?
Did you try another browser?

Close Firefox. Go Start>All Programs>Mozilla Firefox, click on Mozilla Firefox (safe mode). Same issue?

thanks.....i fixed it. i uninstalled. loaded firefox again. had many backups. im back up. don't know why though. Quit trying. Windows explorer worked fine. I quit playing with it. know more jitter. thought it might be the video card. im ok now.

One note. I installed another pluggin this morning. thought that was it. can't think of anything else.
