File sharing?

I've just set up my brothers pc, and it is now on our home network. On the other two pc's you can access specified folders from from each computer over the network (in network places).

I've tried running the network setup wizard in and turning on file and print sharing, but it doesn't work. I've also gone to the sharing and security tab and selected (something alon the lines of) share this folder on my network (and 'allow others to change my files + folders).

Can anyone help? :s

If you have a firewall, turn it off. Or Norton...can turn that off as well.
