Fan Problems...

My side fans are getting extremely loud and its very annoying. In the morning when i boot up its incredibly loud the vibration on the side is crazy...i put on fan silences basically a piece of plastic aroudn the frame of the fan. Its very annoying, i have to lightly hit the side of my computer case to stop it. This sound like i need new fans, they are about 2 years old and i cant stand the vibration, sometimes it turns on randomly...
 
Do your best to clan them, that should help somewhat. Either that or you could get new fans. Try to get ball bearing fans instead of the sleeved ones, because the ball bearing fans will last longer and are of much better quality. Sleeved fans tend to do that vibration thing as they get old, the ball bearing ones shouldn't vibrate all that much for a long time.

Not always. Well-made sleeve bearing fans can be as long life as ball.

Quite right. However, Sniperchang is correct: get new ones. They're cheap enough. Sounds like the ones you have are dying.
