F@H CPU help?

Thought I'd try the F@H thing (of course I've put my team as 44358), but it seems to be taking a very long time, about 5 minutes to complete 1% (of 250).
F@H is only using 10%-15% of my CPU. I had a google of this earlier, and a few results said that your CPU might have been getting too hot and F@H was limiting it to stop it from over heating, this was when I was using the stock intel cooler and it was at about 45*C when at 10%-15%.
I've just installed a new coolermaster TX3 cooler, and it's running at about 36*C for 10%-15%. Despite it being cooler, F@H won't use anymore than 15% of my CPU.
I've gone into the config and made sure that the CPU is set to use 100% in the settings.

Is there any reason why it's only using 15% CPU? Are there any tricks to boost it up to make it use say, 40%?

My PC hardware is shown below:

I've just installed the SMP client, and followed the install guide on the website. When I try to run it though, I get a message saying it can't connect to get the work packets. I'm not that smart when it comes to msdos so I've probably messed something up... Any ideas? Solutions?

Nevermind, set package size to "Normal" instead of "Small" and it worked.
90-100% CPU usage, that's more like it.
Thanks.

Cool...it's rolling now!

There is a neat program called FAHMON. It will track and record your Folding progress and show the PPD (Points Per Day) that you average. This is also a little tricky to set up. I made a post about it some where...I'll see if I can find it!

Downloaded & installed, added the clients and such, seems to be working fine.
Thanks for your help, better look out or I might catch up to you (in a few decades time) :P
