extreme music xfi creative. Need help adjusting settings.

Well I got the extreme music xfi board from Creative the other day. I was just wondering what settings you guys mess with? There are a bunch of different effects and equalizers, a music player, recorder etc. What have you fellas found to be very useful, somewhat useful, not useful. Also I'm having some problems with the microphone setup. As far as adjusting the volume for recording vs playback, and which parameters should be muted? I used to mute the microphone, now I have line in, mic and auxilliary muted. Anything special you have to do with that? I guess I have to play with it more. I keep mine on Game mode all the time, I think it sounds best for games, movies, and music.

I turned on the 24Bit Crystallizer, set the EAX settings, adjusted the speaker settings so that it knew the angle and distance each speaker was from me, etc.

Actually I dont think I have EAX enabled, because all you can really choose is the EQ and/or what type of room your in. So i leave it disabled, and let the games control the EAX.
