Extracting pictures from file

Question for you guys Im trying to get a file of pictures transfered from my desktop onto an sd card. There all in one file and i copied the file over to the card how can i extract all the pictures out of the folder so that each picture is individually on the card without having to pull each of the 600 pictures out. Thanks

What is the file extension? Or are you talking about a folder of pictures? If its a file of pictures, most likely its a powerpoint file.
