external audio video management?

hi all, so.

i have my laptop, xbox, pc and one set of speakers, as things currently stand i just switch the 3.5mm jack about, but with the number of cables and locations of the items this is inconvenient.

does anybody know of a device that can act as a video/audio hub so this setup would work

xbox + pc via vga to monitor (so vga selector)

xbox + pc + laptop + to speakers (3.5mm selector) (4 way to 1 output)

what would you recommend on a reasonable money/quality ratio?

its all good, just bought a belkin rockstar headphone splitter (works both ways) and a vga switcher off ebay,
