extending wireless range

i tried out these two little projects on my wireless network and they work flawlessly! http://www.freeantennas.com/projects/template2/index.html for your network card and:
http://www.freeantennas.com/projects/Ez-10/ for your router.
with these "boosters" there is a very noticeable performance difference and i recommend anyone to do this to their network, because it's free and easy.
