I get this alot like when i'm doin multiple things at once a pop up comes up sand reads


"the top bar says explorer....then in the grey box it reads.....explorers has caused an error in user.exe explore will now close "

ANd then it closes everywindow down....???what can i do for it ....
 
right click on "My Computer" and click "Properties"

once there, let us know what it says at the bottom where it shows ur processor and what not
