Exciting battery news

I think that batteries would be the number one issue for cellphones and laptops. Before this decade is out, that may no longer be based on what this article is saying. The article indicates that batteries would be able to hold a charge for up to 30 times longer and charge up to 1,000 times faster! Oh, did I mention it's past the laboratory stage so I don't think it's vaporware. I remember reading about this battery breakthrough about a year ago. It's tantalizing to think about it but until I can actually get my hands on one, it's pretty much vaporware.
