Everytime i restart my computer programs gets uninstalled

so yeah everytime i restart my computer all the programs ive already installed
gets uninstalled.. please help

so when your computer reboots the programs are already gone...or they begin to uninstall as soon as you have rebooted your machine?

im not sure where my mom got it from..

it didnt use to do this, i think it started when my friends dad came to our house and attempted to fix it from another problem... but thats a different story

Sounds like either Recovery mode or it's on a Network Boot

Try booting into Safe Mode.

Restart your computer and hit F8 as soon as your computer is started and hit it continuously until the Advanced Start Up screen is displayed. Then navigate to Safe Mode and hit Enter on your keyboard. After that, is it still uninstalling upon start up?
