Never seen this before but was having problems. I suspect its ready for a wipe using Windows 7 Pro and all updates as critical and security. Scanned in the past with malaware bytes, ccleaner and Kaspersky. I doubt there is a quick fix.
Just asking, just showed up on my desktop and your thoughts.

Well for one you are using an outdated version of Java. But before updating Java I suspect you may have faulty RAM. I would run a test of the memory with Memtest86. You can download an iso image to make a bootable disk and check the ram.

EDIT: If you dont have a program to burn the iso image to a NEW DVD then I recommend InfraRecorder. Remember that you want to BURN the iso image to the DVD disk, you can not just copy the iso image file to the DVD disk. Burning the iso image to the disk sets it up as a bootable disk.

Go into your add/remove programs and uninstall all versions listed of Java then go here to download the latest one.

www.java.com

Then see how your system reacts.

Ok, im back. working all day and hot. I will do the easy first. Uninstall Java. This is related to a problem i had a few weeks ago John. Hope your right though. thanks gamblingman. its a thought. Before with other issues John, you thought it might be or could be powersupply or motherboard. just another advenuture for me. again.......
i uninstalled java and will reboot. seems i have to reboot about 4 times a day related to the mouse not working or before the keyboard would stop working or reboot the keys did nothing on keyboard. just a cursor. changed mouse, keyboard or reboot fixes it but another mess for me to follow up on. again.
thankyou

same problem. tried the java ysersm grandpa/appdata/local/temp runtime.exe is corrupt.

had problems yesterday and had to uninstall the problems im having now. uninstalled firefox and used for years without failure. running on windows explorer with windows 7 pro 64 and same thing.

leave computer on and cursor with mouse works but if im here visiting keyboard stops working. scroll here and screen gets bigger or smaller.

reboot and does not start. turn it on and maybe it will. or will ask me if i want to start up in safe mode. then when i get to profiles the keyboard does not work.
already have keys not working. changed keyboards and no diff.
so what do i start with. mem test, powersupply, motherboard etc. i don't have any parts to exchange. Since i don't do i have to take into shop for repair?
thanks again

I would definately start with making a memtest cd and boot to it to test the ram. You can probably test the ram and HDD. Other than that, take it in and they usually charge a small diagnosis fee.
