Hi There

I've signed up to the CFCnet Forum which is basically a dedicated Chelsea FC forum. Ever since posting on this forum for the first time I have been unable to log on. I keep getting the following information and wondering what i'm doing wrong. I've changed my password several times, i've removed cache and cookie settings which they recommend you do. The message that I get each time I try and log on is as follows:-

Board Message
Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:
You do not have permission to view this board

I've tried contacting the boards administrators several times and as yet I have never got a reply.

Hoping someone can help
 
Well i think is thatm the admins did not like what you wrote on the website, so they banned you username. That is juts my opinion.
 
Well, I know I wouldn't have written anything offensive. So are you saying that there is nothing I can do, other than actually ringing them to find out and talking to someone?

yeas sorry if anything i said upset you, i did not mean anything. I was just saying that admins can do that, and usually customer servise if prety good on any website. so if you send them an e-mail and they have not replied within two-3 days, and you have provided details of your account than perhaps, and only perhaps you could have been baned. as i said this is just a maybe, and there could be just another problem with your account.
 
OK thanks for the advice, I guess I will have to give them a call. I've emailed the 3 administrators and a general contact email. I'll let you know how I get on.
