Error 678

I posted this in the internet thread but I think I might find more answers here. Recently I have been getting a pop up saying Error 678 something about the remote computer is not responding. I have broadband but the pop up give me the option of redialing. So I am not sure what to do.

That is the pop up. It comes only on certain website. I messed with my network connections trying to fix IE but I did this. Can someone help me?
 
You need to go and disable your internet modem.. So it doesnt try to dial. Right click network neighboorhood, go properties. Find the dialup internet connection and right click, go disable. Should do it.
 
My Internet Gateway is already disabled. But when I right-click on my broadband connection it gives me the option to connect. I can take a pic of my network connections if you need me to.
