hey there computer pplz, i seriously know nothing about computers, so excuse my ignorance lol, but my computer keeps whinging about not having video capture software, ive tried downloading from google, *sigh* anyone know where/how i can get it?

no you dont need to buy one if your using a webcam, did you get software with the cam that shoul be the software you need or go download the ones from you cam manufacter

ummmm yeh it came with a cd and i installed it an everything <--- i dont think i could use enough of those smileys

What is the brand of the webcam? I'll try and find the drivers that you need. The disc might be scratched or something so that the driver isn't installing.

So, You've plugged the webcam in and then installed all the drivers and then restarted your computer?

Yeah, like JordanII said, let us know what the brand of web cam it is so we can see if there are newer drivers.
