Electric Panel & Wireless Router

I wanted to create a wireless network but I have a question. The second computer, the one that would need the reciever, is relatively close to the houses electric panel. This panel has caused static on my second phone line and the phone cord runs aproximatly 1 foot away from it...my computer would be aproximatly 2-2.5 feet away...will it cause any problems?

If it does create a problem you will have about 12 different channels to choose from. It should not be a problem.
