Sapphire is a better known name and may have better warranty support and better quality parts.

my point is the price... mine cost me about £90 delivered, that one is £97 + £10 delivery.
i saved £17, which i dont think is too bad considering the specs. first thing im doing is taking my fan and heatsink off my old sapphire 9600 and replacing the connect3d one, my last C3D card had a noisy crappy fan.

I can't really see the card, but the type of capacitors that they use will influence my decision greatly.

hmm.. x1800 is very cloes to 1900 or 1950 but there is a big difference between x1800 and x1900, x1950. i bought sapphire x1950 pro agp 512MB
the stock cooling fan sux so much when it get heat up it is slower than a x800

the X1950 should be faster than the X800XT, by a long mile. I benchmarked them myself. Are you sure its not your CPU or another component creating a bottleneck?
