e-mail sending out spam

So basically as the title says, my hotmail is sending out spam. I figured this out because one of my e-mail addresses in my contacts is invalid, and I get a message saying the delivery has failed. I have done a full scan with superantispyware on both my custom computer and my laptop, but both came clean. However I have recently started using hotmail on my iPod Touch, which is jailbroken. Does anyone know what I can do? I don't want to make a new e-mail address...

Yep, change your password. Within the last year or so hotmail and yahoo email accounts have had their passwords hacked and spam emails sent out. Change your password and you'll be fine until the next time it gets hacked.
