I don't know where this topic should go and so I am putting it here . Lately I have noticed that if I am at a web site and there is an e mail link to click on to send an e mail, that the e mail won't be sent out by my e mail provider. However if I go to my e mail and send it out from there then it gets delivered . Does anyone know why that is ?

When I click on the link an e mail letter appears and it is only after I send it that I get a message that it wasn't delivered

Yes, that's why I'm asking you what program is opening up. It's not configured for your e-mail account. How do you normally send e-mails? With a program or on a website?
I send e mails through Yahoo Mail
You would have to guide me through the copy and paste procedure in order for me to be able to do that , sorry

Click on the window for the program that opens so we know thats the active window. Then you click on both alt and prt scrn buttons on your keyboard. Then open the paint program, and press ctrl and v to paste the image in paint. Then save the image as JPG file and attach the file to your post here or you can upload that file to an image hosting site such as imageshack or photobucket or the like and give us the link to it.
I got my Internet Provider to set it up by remote ,hopefully it works now, fingers crossed . One thing that I didn't like though, is during the process ,she told me that 11 e mails went out that were not delivered previously . Now I don't know what those e mails were or who they went out to ? No way to check now because I deleted everything in my Windows Mail . I was using Yahoo Mail all the time and never cleared my Windows Mail which had about a years e mail in it .
It would be listed under the sent items
