Dz77ga-70k help

hi guys. I recently had to do an rma on my 10 month old Asus p877z-v pro. Computer would t turn on for about half a second then turn off. Tested the psu at best buy and it was fine. Today I got a new board, the dz77ga-70k. I installed everything correctly to my knowledge. I started getting beep codes and it wouldn't post so I uninstalled everything except the cpu. I bought new ram at best buy (corsair vengeance 1600) because the beep code I was getting is 3 1 second beeps the boot loop. But the new ram throws a different code than the old ram(g skill rip jaws x 1600). I tried all slots one at a time and I get nothing. Without any ram installed I get error code 20 on the led on board code display. With my old(10 month) g skill ram I get error code 32 with the same three beeps. With the corsair ram I get error code 56 with the same 3 beeps. The only difference with the ram in and out, is that when I boot with no ram it takes longer to start beeping rather instant beeping while it's installed. I'm so stumped I don't know what to do. Can it be my cpu?

Well to start off the motherboard will need ram in it to post. I would start over by removing/unplugging all parts and connection and just add what is necessary to make it post. You will only need the motherboard, cpu, psu, ram and the connection to the on button to get the computer to post. Try to get it to post with only 1 stick of ram, try it in every slot and if this does not work try doing the same with another stick. Let me know what happens.

Ive just noticed the earlier post you made, you should have continued in to seek help in that thread as I have miss out on some information about your problem. Can you confirm for me that your new motherboard has onboard graphics?

I guess its still not working. I've read up that not all 1155 cpu's have an IGP, this is like a video card on the cpu that works the HDMI port on the back. What cpu do you have?

I'm getting memory error code and beeps. Without ram I get error code 20. With g skill I get error code 32. With corsair ram I get error code 56. All have the same 3 beeps with boot loop

I'm sure it cant be that all the ram has stopped working at the same time and you know the psu works. So its down to the mobo or the cpu and cpu's usually never go bad unless they have gotten too hot or have been subjected to too much voltage. My guess would be that its a mobo problem. If you haven't already just make sure the cpu is seated properly and if this doesn't work reset the cmos on the mobo.

Well the cpu is seated properly I checked. I had my cpu overclocked to 4.5ghz before I tried replacing video card and it worked fine. It wasn't that much of a boost. It is a brand new board but I guess sometimes they come messed up. I'm 100% sure the psu is good. The cpu (3770k) is about 10 months old. This sucks :( I've been without a computer for 2 weeks now.

I'll be getting a new board in a few days. My original board rma replacement is coming in. If it does the same thing it's the cpu?

I can only suggest that you reset the cmos on the motherboard. This is a long shot, but my z77 sabertooth didn't work at first until I notice the bios button on the back of the motherboard was for some reason stuck in and that stopped the motherboard posting. I pushed it in and it came out normally and has worked fine since.

I got the p8z77 v-pro in today from Asus. I bread borded this time. I hooked just the cpu(checked for bent pins) and 1 stick of ram. I tried both g skill and corsair ram but the damn dram led stays red. I tried hitting memOK! Button with no luck. Lights and fan stays on constantly. Right when I power on, lights and fans come on then reboots then stays on until I turn it off. Dram light solid red the whole time.
