DVD Burner issue

I have a problem with my burner. I edit the service for our church using magix movie edit pro 15. After editting I burn the service to dvd. It will play in DVD's but when I use my DVD duplicator it will not make copies. I dont know if it's a problem with MEP or my computer or if I'm just doing something wrong in the burning. My system is windows xp home edition
Anyone have any ideas??

have you tried dvdfab for making a copy??

Goin nutz!!!

No I'm a novice at all this. Just trying to help out my church. It's a shame. The sermons and services look awesome, but I just can get them to burn on a duplicator. And if I try to send the file somewhere else to try and burn it from another computer it says it cant handle the file.. I dont know what Im doing wrong....

The software that I use to edit is suppose to do it during the burn process.
When I duplicate the DVD it burns them and then at the end it says can not read disc. But I put one in my DVD player and it seemd to work fine. So I dont know what the error means. I know I threw away about 20 copies before last night that were probably good.
Oh well Live and learn.
