Dual monitors, but what about dual Sound?

Im running Dual 'ASUS VS229H-P' monitors (As of yesterday) , and I have a question regarding Sound.

I want to run two games at the same time, one on each monitor. Which I already know have to do, but how can I get 'Dual Sound'. Me and my wife play 'EVE Online', and I want us to have dedicated Sound to each headset off one PC, is that possible?

im not sure if you can set seperate outputs to seperate games, but if you do have two avaliable, you should be able to tell the program to use x device and another to use y device. but thats just a hunch.
