If you are using Firefox try using Awesome Screenshot.
I gets both for me.
Or try using Print Screen and paste it into Paint, not sure if that will work for both as I never tried it.

that worked well. Also emailed my self and saved.
Used image resizer from microsoft and all ready had
Power tools image resizer. Always worked well for posting here
if you don't have it. Large, medium and small. Does bulk also
and should have it. Query powertools at microsoft. Find many
utilities there and free. Does not change the orginals but will resize bulk.
Irfanview also works well. Bulk renaming hundreds of pictures or anything else.

Pressing print screen button grabs both monitors, holding alt while having a window in focus captures just that window, makes for a nice clean screen capture.
