Dual 3.5mm 3-ring to single 3.5mm 4-ring adapter? (Headphone & Mic to combined adapt)

I've been thinking about getting one of those Turtlebeach X11s. The only problem is that my main gaming computer is a Macbook Pro 2010. (Not great, I know, but it's passable) The reason this is a problem is because the Macbook Pro only has a single 3.5mm jack that supports headphones with microphones built into them. The turtlebeach headsets have a separate 3.5mm jack for both audio and the microphone. Does anyone know where I can get a cable that'll combine the 3.5mm mic and the 3.5mm audio into a 3.5mm jack that supports both audio and the mic?

EDIT: I think I'm just going to swing by Radioshack when I get one of those headsets. I should be able to pick up the parts to make one myself for no more than $10. Can't really seem to find what I'm looking for for cheap on the internet.

EDIT 2: Can't do it. I suck at soldering. I'm just going to buy one. Anyone know where I could buy one for cheap?

I'm really sorry for the double post, but I think anyone who saw my post before my not enter it again since I said I could go make one. It was more complicated than I thought. Ended up costing me $15 and getting thrown in the trash because it refused to work.

Does anyone know where I could buy a cheap dual 3.5mm 3-ring to single 3.5mm 4-ring adapter?
