For the the ones that have difficulties with recovering, searching, sharing, backing up, and accessing their files everywhere Dropbox might be the right (free) solution.
- Synchronize your files between computers
- Share them publicly or privately: assign them to (groups of) users
- Backing up and creating different versions of files is always useful
- You can undo changes to and deletions of files within 30 days.
- Accessible off- and online: via a website (much out-of-the-box features) and an (easy-to-use) program to install on your computer.
