Driver Updates?

Is there a way to use a program to update my drivers? I don't want to have to go through every driver and update them individually. And also I don't even know what needs to be updated or the exact name of some of the stuff I have in my computer.

ASUS usually has a driver update program for their motherboards, though looking at the support page for your board,

It appears that the last time the driver update program was updated was in 07 and was intended to update XP, so I'd say no - ASUS has effectively stopped updating drivers and software for your board. It looks like there are some drivers, (probably the most important ones like chipset, audio, etc.), written for Vista, and Vista drivers will often work in Win 7
.
