Hello, this is Julekpl. I am a new member and and I am also not very computer wise as well. I have a dell XPS L702x running i7 @2.0 ghz, 8gb ram. I have been having this BSOD pop up once in a while. I am not sure when it started, however it is becoming bothersome. bellow is a picture of some of the details:

From what I have read, I might have to restore my computer to factory settings. Do you think it is truly necessary?
Thanks!

Netio.sys belongs to your networking. If you are using a wired connection, then update your lan driver. If using wireless, update your wireless driver.

well I have had some networking problems. I am using wireless, and my router seemed to be going on and off, very frequently. However, the http://192.168.1.1/ thing does not work. It never seems to load. I do have the original instal disk for my router, but there is no firmware option. I have downloaded new firmware, but I cannot get into http://192.168.1.1/

Your router's IP address is 192.168.0.1 The default user name is admin and the password is blank. However, like I said, update the wireless card driver in your pc.

alright, I have gone to dell's website, and I have no new drivers, but I did find one on the intel page. For now it is working, but we will see if the BSOD still appears. I appreciate your time and help!

The bluescreens are caused by the wireless hardware in your system, whether it be the hardware itself or the driver. The router will not cause bluescreens. But if you determine the router drops the connection, then you will need a new one.

well it still seems that it is not fixed. I have updated my network hardware, and I still cannot seem to access my router to update firmware. It usually goes to the blue screen when I leave my computer on for a while without touching it. I'm probably going to return it to factory settings.
