Why there's No 'B:' Drive in any computers( atleast some old computers)?
What happens if the Number of drives Exceed(A-Z) : 26 numbers?
Why always A to Floopy Disks?
:)

There is a really good Wikipedia article on this here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drive_letter_assignment

A: and B: are reserved for floppy drives by Windows and many other OSes.

From the wikipedia article:
It is not possible to have more than 26 mounted drives. If access to more filesystems than this is required, Volume Mount Points must be used.[6] However, it is possible to mount non-letter drives, such as 1:, 2:, or !: using the command line subst utility in Windows XP or Vista (i.e. "subst 1: c:\temp"), but this is not officially supported and may break programs that assume that all drive letters are A-Z.

Letters A and B are reserved for Floppy Drives. C to Z are reserved for Hard Disks, CD, DVD, TAPE and Other Magnetic Drives and Disks.

In most computers you have only one FDD and One HDD and CD.

So A would be occupied by Floppy and C and D would be occupied by Hard Disk and CD ROM Respectively.

If you have more then one partition on the Hard Disk the Hard Disk may accupy few more drive letters.

Now a days the floppy is fading out so you are not seeing B Drive. But for earlier computers there was no hard disk and every computer used to have a: and b:
