Do I need a sound card?

Of course you need a sound card for your computer, but I have one question.

I have an old Dell Dimension 2400 (specs in sig, soon 2 be Ati x1300) that has no audio IN ports, just audio out. Is there any device I can buy that I can use to get audio in on my computer? Like a USB device or something?

Please help me :D I want to do some commentaries for the MW2 videos I capped with my easycap :)
 
The answer to your question is yes. Most of internal and external sound cards have an audio input connection. When your "shopping" for your card look under specifications, then ports, and then look for line-in or mic-in depending on which one you want.
