Do I need a Business License?

If building and selling pc's do I need a business license to do so?
I know that I don't have to pay income tax until I make a certian amount of money but i can't seem to find any information on this on the web.

As a long-ago one-time business owner in Canada, you do need at least a provincial business permit so that you can collect and pay sales taxes and GST, and possibly a home occupancy permit from your city or town. That depends on zoning.
