Divx Video on Cdr to my Dvd Player

Okay ive been doin this for a long time.. making a data disk of an avi file and playing it on my dvd player*which has a divx codec*

I was living in europe for about a year... first two videos I have tried had really choppy video and sound... anyone know what that is about?

Is there something I am missing?

hey there, My encoding settings on my samsung dvd player? No I havent touched them... Ive tried some of my older videos.. they work fine... videos with AC3 sound seem to be causing some issue.. is that odd?

I was referring to your Divix encoding settings - as in when you make the file. Have they changed?

Now that you mention having trouble with only AC3 videos, is this the first time you have started using AC3 for the audio encoding?
