different voice volumes in the two speakers!

one of my speaker is louder than the other one. the speaker with all the volume power e.t.c button is the slower one .. this has anything to do with my soundcard?
 
Thats not the way to get any help here, how did the poster not know you were a newbie, maybe if your so smart you wont need anyones help.

Have you tried a different set of speakers to see if the problems with the computer or the speakers?

do you have a sound card or onboard sound?

have you tried re-installing or updating the drivers?
