S Splinter Member Apr 17, 2006 #1 this scanner is about 2 years old, when i go to scan an image all id does is say Scaner not connected check wires. ive updated the drivers and its a no go does anybody know how to fix the problem? its a packard bell scanner btw

S Splinter Member Apr 18, 2006 #3 the cables atached to the scanner and goes to the usb on the pc, you cant take it out of the scanner
