Open device manager and select the device with the issue

Go to the Dell support website for your computer and enter the service tag - it will be on a sticker somewhere. Go to the driver downloads section. I note that computer originally came with windows 7 so there may not be a suitable windows 10 driver. However having done some digging some people have found this driver works. I have checked the suggested download and it is virus free.

You can also try snappy driver installer origin, I normally don't recommend third party driver installers but this is one of the best.

Download and run the program and initially choose the option to download the indices only and see if a driver is listed for your PCI driver

That would be the chipset driver you need. It should still install on windows 10. In fact windows update should have that driver for you.

Click on the blue download now button and follow the prompts. Its an intel utility that should detect what driver you need and automatically install it for you.
