Dell Latitude D630 - lag's and slow on games

Looking to run games on there.

Intel Core Due 2 CPU t7500 2.2GHz
Ram - 4.00 GB (3.49 usable)
Windows 7 32 bit OS
Memory 4096 MB RAM
DirectX 11

Chiptype - Mobile intel (R) 965 express chipset family

Looking for it to run car games, EG Need 4 speed

Just put a game in and installed it, all woking but it slow / frezzing effect

That 630 is not meant for gaming. Maybe if you had the nVidia Quadro card it would game better, but you have the integrated Intel chipset, so you can't expect it to game well at all.
 
They will run games just fine and the NVS in a D630 will OC above the 8400m GT it is based on. Its a great chip.

As for one thing your running GMA and DX11, they do not mix.
