Delayed Write Failed

Hi guys
Bit of panic here, my 2gb usb key when i plug it in is coming up with "Windows - Delayed Write Failed" so this means I can't see all my music! :mad:
Anybody any ideas how I can fix this...?

HEY MATE WHAT YOU DOING ON ERE!!!!!! Half a day or summat dudez:):):):)

Drop us a shout on IM in a sec coz this looks screeeeewwwweeed. If anyone has got any ideas let me know to!
